An engineering company. Not a re-seller.
PASS Systems Limited is a Ugandan electrical engineering firm. We design, install and maintain integrated security, solar and automation systems for clients who need the work to actually work — long after the invoice is paid.
Engineers, finance, marketing — under one roof.
PASS Systems is a Ugandan engineering firm based in Kampala. We're known for two things: the calibre of our enterprise installs (URA Customs Warehouse, Uganda Railways HQ, ITSL-partnered government work) and our willingness to bring the same engineering rigor to a private residence in Kyanjja or a 500 kVA farm in Zirobwe.
Our leadership bench combines a Telecommunications Engineer from Makerere with 7+ years in automation, an ACCA-credentialed finance lead, and a Chartered Institute of Marketing professional. That mix is deliberate. Every install has technical, financial and customer-facing dimensions — and we answer for all three.
What we install
- CCTV and IP camera systems (8 to 24+ channels)
- Solar power and back-up systems (5 kVA residential through 500 kVA commercial)
- Perimeter security — electric fencing, razor wire, automated gates
- Access control and automation
- Electrical installation (residential, commercial, industrial)
- 24/7 remote monitoring for any of the above
The reason we exist as one company instead of five is simple: nobody wants to coordinate five contractors. Buyers want one team, one quote, one schedule, one warranty.
